JDE & Associates c1895
Completed: 2003 Project Cost: $75,000
Project Description
This modest Queen Anne is typical of the houses built in the Fairmount Square Historic District during the 1890s – speculative housing marketed to the rising middle class. Like many houses in the district, it was converted into a two-flat in 1945 to meet the post-World War II housing shortage. The rehabilitation returned the house to single-family use.
