Project Description
This five-story, brick building housed the Century Furniture Company. Originally constructed in 1910, the structure was expanded in 1920, 1922, and 1927 to accommodate expanded production. The Century Company closed in 1942. The building was used by small manufacturers and for storage for many years. In 2013, it was converted into commercial space and 87 residential units.
