What to Expect

Every project is different, but here's a step-by-step outline of the general process from start to finish:

  1. Exploratory Meeting – we’ll meet on-site to discuss your project and determine our fit. If we’re not right for the project we’ll refer you to others we trust. This meeting is no charge if you are located within an hour’s drive of Grand Rapids.
  2. Scope of Work Outlined
  3. Written Proposal
  4. Contract Signed
  5. Meet with Project Team – typically owner, architect, and contractor
  6. Meet with point people in approval process – local, state, or national reviewers to discuss project if necessary.
  7. Represent client at governmental hearings
  8. Coordinate with project team relative to historic issues
  9. Project conclusion and approval requests

I've worked with Rebecca on numerous projects over the past 10 years. She is consistently professional and skilled in advising throughout the process of obtaining tax credits for real estate projects.
